Breathe new life into the tired parts of these over-worked joints! In the shoulders, we hold responsibility and our willingness or hesitation around giving and receiving. When shoulders are free, we are more open to freely expressing what is in our heart. Our neck is a bridge between our brain and body. Stress and tension tend to create a traffic jam in this pathway, making it difficult for our brain communicate with our heart and body. We will work slowly with great patience to therapeutically unburden these areas. Expect lots of therapeutic moves to open the chest, rib cage, upper back, neck, jaw, and shoulders.
