Yoga with Julien Pell

Julien’s class is a “feel good flow” designed to cultivate openness, strength, awareness, and balance in the body and mind. Classes incorporate elements of alignment-based Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, Chinese Taoist theory, sacred geometry, breath work, and meditation. Guiding the mind through the body, the yoga practice aims to restore balance, clear blockages, and deepen the connection to inner wisdom. All levels welcome.
