Join us for a harvest dinner in the Scribner’s Garden. Seasonal, family style dishes supplied by Honey N Schmaltz, a farmstead catering company based in Massachusetts.
They will prepare dishes using produce from our garden supplemented with ingredients from Hudson Valley and Catskills Region.
Andrew Koehn, our onsite gardener, will welcome guests to the dinner by explaining how we built the Scribner's Garden and what we've harvested and learned in the first season.
Woolrich blankets will be on hand to keep everyone cozy as the sun sets behind the mountains.

Lamb chops. Cocoa bean, mustard seed rub. Mint and olive salsa verde.
