Class Descriptions
Restorative Yoga with Olivia Anselmo of Bode
Yin - a grounding practice that includes deep breathing exercises, restorative yoga postures and guided meditation. This class will begin your weekend of being present and self-explorative.
The Body with Amanda Kloots of Bandier
The Body is as if you were in a private session with Amanda but in a class atmosphere. A mega mix of her signature dance class mixed with toning moves on the mat! In the body you focus on longer sequences that force you to focus-connecting your mind to what your body is doing!
INTRODUCTION TO HOLISTIC HERBALISM with Vanessa Chakour, Herbalist and Founder of Sacred Warrior
This multi-sensory workshop will introduce the practice of Holistic Herbalism; treating the whole self—mind, body and spirit—in collaboration with medicinal plants. We’ll share herbal infusions (medicinal teas) and tinctures made from plants found in the wilds of New York. Come away a deepened connection to yourself, to nature and an herbal blend to support you and your loved ones through the winter season.
Vinyasa Flow with Olivia Anselmo
bodē flow - a fun, vigorous class that combines upper body strength, dynamic movement and flexibility. Postures flow seamlessly from one to the next, with a strong emphasis on connecting movement to breath. This class is appropriate for all levels.
