Breath[work] + Sound[bath] with Keely Semler

Whether you have been meditating your whole life, or simply testing the waters for the first time, this is the perfect environment to explore different meditative states to relieve stress, increase productivity and tap into your own creative expression.

You will be guided through a grounding exercise, followed by a deep two part active pranayama breath technique. The breath initiates the body to feel emotion, bringing awareness to the body's natural flow of energy as well as any energetic blocks. Crystal Tones singing bowls are played in the final portion of the meditation in order to invite consciousness into the body and allow the body to revitalize. Lastly, we will finish with a group reflection and an opportunity to connect with other meditators.
