Classical and Progressive Pilates Mat with added props to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture by incorporating floor based Pilates movements that stimulate the deep “core” muscles of your hips, abdomen, low back and spine. Focuses on breathe and improves mental clarity. This workout will build your awareness and help to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and improve posture.
