WYLD Leadership and Scribner's Catskill Lodge invite you for a 2.5 day retreat designed by Chief People Officers for Chief People Officers including a session created by Sara Patterson of Walmart eCommerce.

Photosynthesis is the process of absorbing various ingredients and turning them into fuel for growth. WYLD believes this is the perfect metaphor for the role of People Leaders in organizations: Chief People Officers oxygenate; they manage the invisible forces that impact the health and resourcefulness of a business. As trees require sunlight to energize and sustain their work, it’s vital that people leaders also find time and space to invest in their own creativity and well-being. The beautiful design, access to nature, and cozy comfort that Scribner's offers make it an ideal place to find that time and space.

At this retreat, you can expect to:

  • Refresh: Let the mountains and autumn air help reset your heart rate and mental busyness.

  • Receive: Enjoy being the recipient of reflective and powerful questions and discussion.

  • Reconnect: Build kinship with leaders who speak your language.

  • Refuel: Invest in your own learning and development.

  • Return: Introduce and integrate the best parts of your experience into daily life.

This retreat will take place from November 6-8, 2019

a personalized experience

How this retreat will be specifically designed for you:

WYLD is known for creating personalized learning experiences. This retreat will be designed to bring you greater self-awareness about your strengths and your impact as a leader. Upon your RSVP, you and your CEO will be invited to take CliftonStrengths (if you already have your full 34 talent profile, please send to us). We will also ask you to provide 10-12 individuals from whom you would like insightful and directive feedback.

Our content will focus on deepening your ability to lead a team, partner with your Chief Executive Officer, and design worthwhile talent development offerings for your business. Unlike other conferences, summits, or workshops, our time in the Catskills will be primarily focused on who you are and what you need to be your best, personally and professionally.

To ensure intimacy and authenticity, this retreat is limited to 15 leaders.
